Camp Myrtlewood has a NO REFUND policy for deposits
Each meal and each overnight is 1 unit.
3 meals plus overnight = 4 units = one day
The charge per person will be based on the number of meals and overnights. For example, arriving for Friday supper and leaving after lunch on Sunday = 6 meals and 2 overnights = 2 days’ charges.
Persons who arrive after 4pm on the first day will be charged a half day for that day. All subsequent days will be charged as a full day each.

Unless otherwise arranged, food is served cafeteria style.

Limited accident insurance for all campers and staff is mandatory and will be provided at an additional charge of 30 cents per person per calendar day. If you have your own insurance you may waive this insurance.
The swimming area is provided for use at your own risk. Lifeguard personnel and first aid are the responsibility of the user group and must be provided in accordance with state regulations. Regulations are printed on the back of your user contract.
Grounds are to be kept clean and free from litter.
No vegetation is to be cut or removed without permission from the camp manager.
No illegal drugs or alcoholic beverages are permitted.
No smoking is permitted inside buildings.
Pets should not be brought to camp and prior approval from the manager is required for any exceptions.
All buildings are to be swept and cleaned before leaving camp.
Any buildings or equipment damaged or defaced will result in additional charges to the user group.
